Compensation for wrist injuries will depend on the nature and severity of the injury and the period of recovery. For moderate wrist injuries, please see below for a rough guide on what may be rewarded:

• Injuries resulting in some permanent disability, e.g. a degree of persisting pain and stiffness – up to £21,480
• Injuries resulting in significant permanent disability but some useful movement remains – up to £34,340
• Injuries resulting in the complete loss of function of the wrist – up to £52,490
