Compensation for shoulder injuries will depend on the nature and severity of the injury and the period of recovery. For minor shoulder injuries, please see below for a rough guide on what may be rewarded:

• Soft tissue injuries where full recovery takes place within three months – up to £2,150
• Soft tissue injuries where full recovery takes place within a year – up to £3,810
• Soft tissue injuries where full recovery takes place in less than two years – up to £6,920
