Compensation for injuries to the knee are spilt into 2 categories; moderate and severe.

Severe injuries to the knee might include injuries where there is significant disability due perhaps to a disruption of the joint or a fracture extending into the knee joint.  Awards can range from £18,700 to £68,750 depending on what surgery is required, the extent of osteoarthritis and remedial surgery that has been required, amongst other things.
