We were instructed after Ms L was struck and trapped on the ground by a falling piece of fascia from a shop front.
The shop was vacant at the time of the accident and detailed enquiries were required of many potential defendants, including the tenant company, landlord, holding companies and companies with contracts to keep keys and maintain the vacant premises, who all blamed each other.
