Compensation for neck injuries will depend on the nature and severity of the injury and the period of recovery. For severe neck injuries, please see below for a rough guide on what may be rewarded:

• Injuries including fractures, dislocations and severe soft tissue damage resulting in significant disability – up to £49,090
• Serious fractures or damage to discs in the cervical spine giving rise to disabilities including loss of function in one or more limbs – up to £114,810
• Neck injury associated with incomplete paraplegia – in the region of £130,060
