COVID-19 Update

Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, we would like to assure you that at Browell Smith & Co we are doing everything we can to continue to provide high quality service, whilst ensuring our people remain as safe as possible during these difficult times. As far as we can it is business as usual.

Following the latest Government advice, the below measures have been put in place to ensure that we can continue to operate efficiently and safely:

  • We are ensuring that our people have the equipment, technology and systems in place to allow them to work remotely.
  • Our people will be able to securely access all necessary documentation remotely whilst following our usual processes and controls.
  • We receive most of our communications electronically and recommend that you continue to use email to communicate with us and that you scan in any documentation you need to share with us and attach electronically to the email.
  • As well as communications over email and the telephone, we are also able to offer meetings via video conferencing / Skype.
  • Our accounts team are fully functioning so payments can still be made and monies securely transferred for all our clients
  • We are accepting all new enquiries so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing legal difficulties
