If you are still in employment and having problems at work, we recommend that you join a Trade Union who may be able to offer you assistance in the workplace.

If you worked for your former employer for at least a year and have been dismissed within the last three months or you have suffered or are suffering discrimination on grounds of sex, race, disability or age and the last act of discrimination occurred within the last three months, please contact us.

No claim is possible if it is brought outside the 3 month time limit.

Accordingly, should you wish to seek advice it is important that you are able to identify exactly when you were dismissed or when you last suffered from an act of discrimination. As there is no legal aid available for representation in the Employment Tribunals, we may be able to offer you a ‘no win, no fee’ funding agreement.
