Browell Smith & Co Solicitors are proud to announce the introduction of their ‘Client Care Television’ system and prove themselves once again to be among the leaders in an ever changing market place.

Broadcasting from a wide screen plasma TV in their client waiting area they are able to promote themselves and the full range of services they provide directly to their clients while they wait.

The professional film presentation, produced by Turner & Wagstaff Associates Ltd of Blackpool, allows Browells to direct existing and new clients to the departments and individuals within the organisation that can assist with their needs. The innovative and eye catching format is easy to watch and understand and is designed to meet the needs of clients in the ever changing, complicated world in which they live. In addition the broadcast media makes a refreshing change to the usual waiting room experience.

The film presentation will also be circulated in DVD format to clients and business associates enabling Browells to reach beyond the waiting room and continue to meet the needs of their clients in their home or work place. The DVD is presented in a smart and practical wallet to be kept for future reference.
